About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset – someone who takes full responsibility for solving problems across the entire technology stack, from concept to production. The core mission of this role is to deliver production-ready products in an AI-first environment by orchestrating AI agents that carry out most of the development work, while ensuring every solution adheres to the company’s architecture and engineering standards.
Key responsibilities:
- AI agent orchestration
- Change verification and quality assurance
- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting
- Ownership of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and designers
- Refactoring and technical debt management
- Continuous improvement of AI workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration practices
Must have:
- Experience with PHP, TypeScript, Vue/React, and Flutter
- Strong knowledge of AI and experience working with AI agents
- Experience with production systems
- High level of ownership and responsibility
