Your Responsibilities:
- Keep quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in check through regular reviews and audits.
- Identify risks related to service quality and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Lead and initiate projects for the ongoing improvement of IT services and processes.
- Collaborate closely with various ITIL teams and stakeholders to achieve quality goals.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops on quality management.
- Create and present reports on the performance of IT services and the effectiveness of quality measures.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- ITIL certification (at least Foundation-level, higher is a plus).
- Several (min. 3-5) years of experience in IT quality assurance, preferably with a focus on ITIL.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
