As a global leader in allergy immunotherapy, our client works to improve the quality of life of many allergy sufferers whose disease remains uncontrolled despite symptomatic treatment by developing products that provide long-term relief. They offer allergy immunotherapy products in the form of injections, sublingual drops, and sublingual tablets – the latter being the newest, best-documented, and most convenient form of treatment. In addition, they produce automatic adrenaline injectors, used to treat severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), and also produce products used in the diagnosis of allergies. They re-invest huge chunks of their annual income to discover and develop new drugs. At the same time, they are working on raising awareness among healthcare professionals and patients, as well as on new treatment options.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the setup of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Apps
- Design and configure the setup of the Windows Server
- Take part in shaping Microsoft and 3rd party application patching process
- Administration, design, and maintenance of MECM’s Current Branch
- Administration and development of Group Policies
- Implementation of centralized computer management tools
- Design operating system deployment via task sequence
- Administrate, secure, and improve the Client IT Architecture including baseline applications
- Lead and participate in Global IT Infrastructure Services related projects
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with Microsoft enterprise products
- Support the integration of new technologies
- Successful fulfillment of IT service delivery commitments
- Qualification of operating systems and training of IT professionals
- Documentation of own area and praxis
Requirements:
- Configuring and troubleshooting of Windows client/server in an enterprise environment
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Administration of Microsoft backend/server systems (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, KMS)
- Microsoft scripting technologies (such as PowerShell)
- Troubleshooting software and cloud-related issues
- Managing Microsoft OS devices using Microsoft Intune
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of imaging and network-based OS installations, Windows customization/branding
- Capable of documenting own work and conducting training of team members
- Proactive and analytical mindset as well as taking responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to travel internationally
- Knowledge of GxP pharma environments is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Experience with Agile practices and tools is a plus
