- Position: Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client’s growing organisation in a long-term capacity. This is a strategic role focused on improving company-wide processes, driving multiple projects, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain efficient, transparent processes that support project delivery and team coordination.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously — track progress, identify blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Set clear priorities across departments and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the AI and technical teams to support the implementation of AI-related initiatives.
- Foster collaboration, ensure accountability, and drive a culture of structured, goal-oriented execution.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and processes from planning to delivery.
- Structured and organised approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Confident communicator — excellent command of English (C1) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, prioritise work, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Strong leadership qualities: you can make decisions, challenge ideas constructively, and maintain team alignment.
- Knowledge or interest in AI and process automation will be a strong advantage.
