- Position: Full-stack Software Engineer + DevOps

We are looking for a DevOps with Full Stack Developer for our client — a fast-growing startup creating next-generation, AI-native compliance technology.
The company has already achieved strong traction with its first SaaS product, used by over 200 leading organizations, and is now building a new AI-driven compliance platform designed to automate and scale regulatory processes across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CSRD.

The role:
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling new products from the ground up.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team and engineers, taking ownership of deployment, cloud infrastructure, and product delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Build and launch new products from the ground up
- Manage AWS cloud deployments, ensuring scalability and security
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle — from architecture to release
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support reliable, automated deployments
- Collaborate with the founding team on product design, sprint planning, and technical strategy
- Prototype quickly, test with real users, and iterate fast
- Help shape the technical stack and best engineering practices as the company grows
- Work across the full stack — backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (bonus if you’ve worked in startups)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
- Understanding of basic security practices and testing (unit, integration, e2e)
- DevOps mindset — you care about deployment, monitoring, and scalability as much as writing code
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and flexibility typical of startup culture
- Good communication in English
