They’re seeking a Lead Fullstack PHP Developer, a hands-on technical leader who codes daily, drives rapid product development, and builds high-performing teams. Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performance team of senior developers, empowering them to build quickly without compromising quality.
- Spend the majority of your time coding innovative features while also structuring team processes for maximum productivity and impact.
- Bring AI into every aspect of engineering, from coding assistance and code reviews to proactive metric monitoring.
- Drive best practices, including clean coding standards, automated testing (TDD), and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain the stability, scalability, and high-performance standards of Inflektion’s platform.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in agile software teams, ideally with experience leading senior developers.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular).
- Previous experience in building AI-integrated systems, ideally RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Skilled in leveraging AI for coding, reviews, and monitoring.
- Experienced in maintaining rapid feature delivery without compromising stability.
