We are looking for a Senior Python Developer for our client which builds and automates systems that manage complex trading algorithms, collect information from the market, convert it into data, and use it for trading purposes so that they are able to extract the most significant profit.
As a Python Developer, you’ll collaborate closely with three traders working on systematic trading strategies to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions to enable them to model trading strategies using vast quantities of data. You’ll develop full-stack applications using Python or R and web languages and implement data pipelines using database languages such as SQL as well as deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot software systems using DevOps tools.
Requirements:
- Practical and good knowledge of the Python programming language.
- Ability to perform preliminary data analysis using libraries such as numpy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of deep learning libraries: PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Ability to evaluate models and work with pipelines/models in production.
- Basic skills in using git, bash.
- Solid mathematical and statistical foundations with particular emphasis on understanding deep learning algorithms.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of financial markets and data related to these markets.
- Knowledge of the latest techniques in deep learning, especially in applications to real-time and low-latency models.
- Publications at ICML, ICLR, AAAI, NeurIPS, UAI, KDD, or similar conferences.
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related subject.
