Offering comprehensive security monitoring solutions in the MDR (Managed Detection & Response) model, including case detection, network penetration, and incident management. With advanced technologies and industry experience, they provide effective protection against cyber threats, helping customers minimize risk and ensure the security of their data and network infrastructure.
The role:
As Area Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of their Polish commercial branch. You will lead efforts to grow the market, expand their footprint, and increase market share. You will drive business development through key partnerships and distribution channels while managing a team of professionals who embody the energy and agility of our company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and grow our market presence in Poland. Identify key opportunities and drive sales growth across different sectors by building relationships with potential partners, distributors, and customers.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with local partners and distributors. You will negotiate agreements and ensure successful collaboration and execution of joint business initiatives.
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing local team, working in alignment with the company’s values and culture. Foster a collaborative, energetic, and results-oriented atmosphere. Support your team’s professional development and ensure high performance.
- Lead sales initiatives, focusing on identifying new revenue streams and expanding the customer base in Poland. Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our cybersecurity solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles, ideally within the cybersecurity, technology, or related industries. Experience in the Polish market and knowledge of local business practices is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully growing a business through partnerships, distribution channels, and strategic alliances in Poland or similar markets.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience building and motivating teams. Ability to foster a dynamic, entrepreneurial atmosphere and encourage innovation.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, channel development, and market dynamics in the tech sector. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and exceed targets.
- Fluent in Polish and English. Italian language skills would be a plus but are not required.
