As a QA Engineer you will actively support the development and execution of software quality methods and processes. Under supervision and guidance this position performs and supports the development of tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards.
What you’ll do:
- Testing – API, E2E, integration, regression, manual and automation testing;
- Creating new automated test/scripts;
- Maintaining/updating/adjusting existing test base;
- Keeping QA and product related documentation up to date;
- Cooperating with devs in building quality and sharing responsibility;
- Maintain high standards of quality across responsible product area;
- Being advocate of quality in dev team;
- Reporting and tracking the progress of bug fixes related to modules and integrations;
- Monitoring CI/CD pipelines;
- Monitoring releases and ensuring post release quality.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in IT quality assurance;
- Practical knowledge of any automated software testing frameworks, preferably Cypress and/or JavaScript/TypeScript based test framework;
- Technical: knowledge of Git, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, selectors;
- Fluent in automation;
- Knowledge of testing methodologies;
- Have attention to detail and developing sense of ownership;
- Can-do attitude, task agility, being proactive, open to new people and challenges;
- Focus on good quality software practice and process;
- Good spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Scrum;
- Experience with cloud solutions (preferably Azure).
