They are transforming code search to improve the practice of modern programming—using a graph-based approach drawing on data from the entire open source ecosystem. They are on a mission to build the world’s best code discovery engine. They are building a globally distributed, all-remote world class team.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product development on the frontier of code discovery and developer productivity. A successful applicant is an expert in developer tools and the software development lifecycle. You will help our team design, test and rapidly iterate on multiple products and services stemming from our core technology. You will help lead our product management efforts to collect data, generate data insights, develop prototypes, tools, and products that inform decision-making for software developers (e.g. “Is this the right solution to my coding problem?” or “How do I implement this specific code in my application?” or “What code libraries are other developers using to solve my problem?”).

Create clear product roadmaps to align our design and engineering teams
Communicate product strategy to relevant participants and stakeholders
Design, wireframe and detail workflows to precisely describe user experience
Define user stories in alignment with market requirements
Create and maintain internal documentation for new features and aspects of our platform
Prioritize product backlog and coordinate feature delivery with engineering and data science teams
Plan and execute user studies, surveys and other feedback mechanisms
Manage product from concept to design, production, test, forecast, cost, promotion, and support
Drive growth objectives including installation, usage and engagement metrics
Manage and implement marketing activities with research, strategic planning, and implementation
Attract, recruit and retain top engineer, data science, and product design talent
Expertise managing complex software projects and programs
Ability to learn and evaluate new technologies quickly
Expertise with teams in an Agile/DevOps CI/CD environment
Basic working knowledge of dev-ops practices to automate workflows
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science/engineering, mathematics, physics, or other related technical fields with equivalent practical experience
Experience with machine learning
Experience with search
Experience in platform development to solve complex problems at scale
Experience with enterprise architecture and deployment on premises
