Our client is a growing tech ad company from Germany. Their drive is to better understand, perfect, and sustain the interplay between ad funding and user interactions. Their young and international team now comprises over 30 employees.

They developed their own monetization toolset that brings publishers and advertisers together in the best possible way. They have more than 300 publishers with about 1MRD page views per month, making them one of the leading advertising platforms in Germany.

Currently, due to their expansion, they’re looking for a German speaker manager to take care of their operations support.

Your tasks:

• Support customers via JIRA-Ticket System with a strong emphasis on understanding their
• Answer customers’ requests and help solve problems (e.g. product questions, production
issues and configuration requests), including those more technical – being a tech-savvy
is a plus
• Effectively translate customer needs/issues into solution
• Receive and transfer feedback about issues, requests, and ideas for improvements
• Ensure the customers’ satisfaction with our support

Our requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience in the customer support area
• Experience with ticket systems
• Very good communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility
• A passion for technology
• German B2-C1 level
