Our client is an innovative digital retail organization operating across more than 10 countries. They specialize in transforming eye photography into personalized artistic products, combining technology, creativity, and a premium customer experience. As they continue scaling internationally, the company is expanding its operational and digital capabilities to support rapid growth.
We are seeking an Odoo Product Manager based in Poland (Kraków preferred), who will act as a key coordinator between local teams and headquarters. This role is dedicated to ensuring smooth deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of Odoo-based systems across multiple business areas.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (functional or technical).
- Background in ERP implementation or management, ideally in retail or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, Accounting, etc.).
- Experience in project management, including UAT, documentation, and release coordination.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Solid communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux CLI, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Python development experience; prior Odoo development is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Polish; French is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of new Odoo modules, automations, and integrations.
- Act as Product Owner for Odoo initiatives, gathering requirements, defining specifications, testing features, and overseeing rollouts.
- Configure Odoo modules, create documentation, and support user training.
- Work closely with integrators or internal developers on technical tasks.
- Serve as the communication link between local teams in Poland and international HQ teams.
- Support store openings, production workflows, order processes, and HR systems using Odoo.
- Convert operational and departmental needs into scalable Odoo solutions.
- Continuously evaluate workflows, suggest improvements, and ensure strong system adoption.
- Provide ongoing user support and maintain data quality across departments.
